FAQs

How to install the Mojimix sticker keyboard on iPhone and iPad, how to send a sticker in any messaging app, and how to suggest a culture we have missed.

What is Mojimix?

Mojimix is a sticker keyboard for iPhone and iPad, with Android coming soon. It brings the imagery of world cultures — food, dress, festivals, animals and landmarks — into the messaging apps you already use. There’s more about why we built it on our Our Story page.

How do I enable the Mojimix keyboard?

Install the app, open it once, then turn the keyboard on in your phone’s settings. The quickest route is inside the app itself: open Mojimix, go to the Settings tab, and tap Enable Mojimix Keyboard.

Full steps for both platforms, with screenshots, are on the How To page.

I enabled my keyboard. Now how do I use it?

Open any conversation and switch to the Mojimix keyboard by holding the 🌐 globe key at the bottom of the keyboard. Then browse the pack tabs along the bottom and tap a sticker to drop it into your message.

On iPhone you can also skip the keyboard entirely: Mojimix installs as an iMessage app, so in Messages you can tap its icon in the app row above the keyboard.

See sending a sticker for the detail.

I have a sticker idea! How do I share it?

Please send it. Every idea is a chance for us to widen our scope — a regional dish, a local festival, a landmark we haven’t drawn yet.

Email hi@mojimix.co with a description, the part of the world it comes from, and an image if you have one. Our Contact page has the same details.
