MojiMix Corporation (“Mojimix”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Mojimix website at mojimix.co, the Mojimix mobile application, and our online store (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Contact. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.
- Sticker suggestions. If you send us an idea, we receive whatever you include — a description, images, and your contact details.
- Orders. If you buy from our store, we collect your name, shipping address, email address and order details. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.
Information collected automatically.
- Server and security logs. Our host and CDN record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- App usage. The Mojimix app collects Product Interaction data — which stickers and screens you use — for analytics, and Crash Data to diagnose faults and keep the app working. Both are collected in a form that is not linked to your identity, and neither is used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites. This matches the App Privacy declaration on our App Store listing.
- Website analytics. Our website uses no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Information from app stores. When you buy a sticker pack in the app, Apple or Google process the transaction and tell us that a purchase occurred. We do not receive your payment details.
How we use it
We use personal information to: provide and operate the Services; fulfil and ship orders; respond to your messages; send the newsletter if you asked for it; develop new stickers; keep the Services secure and prevent fraud; and comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website sets no cookies of its own, and uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Our CDN may set a strictly necessary cookie to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic; it carries no personal profile and is used only for security.
The Mojimix app does not use cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the Services working.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — website hosting and content delivery, email delivery, our payment processor, the analytics and crash-reporting providers used by our app, and the suppliers and carriers who fulfil and ship store orders. To ship an order, a supplier receives the name and delivery address needed to deliver it. They may use it only to perform services for us.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- A successor, if Mojimix is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
Third-party services on our website
Our website serves its own fonts, images and styles. It loads no third-party resources when a page opens, embeds no third-party trackers, and sets no advertising cookies.
Our home page shows a video. Until you press play, only an image stored on our own site is loaded and nothing is sent to YouTube. If you press play, the player is loaded from YouTube (using youtube-nocookie.com) and, at that point, your IP address and player interactions are processed by Google under its own privacy policy.
Our pages link to Instagram, X, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Following those links takes you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law — order records for tax and accounting purposes, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, and correspondence for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
International transfers
Mojimix is based in the United States and our Services are hosted there. If you use the Services from outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your own country. If you are in the EEA or the UK and would like details of the safeguards we apply to such transfers, contact us at hi@mojimix.co.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent.
If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR): you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hi@mojimix.co and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and where required by law we will notify you directly.
